Wow, that's quite a list of cuts. Not a happy situation for those involved.
Does compensation get paid for cancelled contracts, or have the projects largely not been allocated yet?

None of them, I would imagine, would be at the build stage. Not sure whether there would be consultants fees for feasibility work though.
