As always it is because I CAN do something but choose not to do it! :D
But coming back to the point - how can any single individual be immune to the corrupting power of....well.....power? Everyone has a weakness whether that be exploited through legitimate methods or more evil and illegal practices lol. Look at politicians for a start - name one person thats ever been truely resistant to corruption.
