Hiya All
Nick had a stag do last night which was fun. Before you all ask it was not Nick Scott but one of Al's friends. I think that he enjoyed himself but you never can tell when you have only just met someone.
No dancing but I had a great time and felt really bad this morning with no Bacon to releave my distress! It was very strange. I don't think that I had many beers last night, I think it was more to do with the lack of water when I got in. . . .
Let us know what Nick thought. . .

Well I don't know about you guys, but I'm still feeling dreadful this morning! Am definitely getting far too old for all this drinking and what-not! My general feeling of rubbishness wasn't helped by the builders being in the flat next door at half eight yesterday morning...
Thank you Mike, Lizzie, Christine, Claire, John and t'other Nick for rescuing what was a pretty tragic situation (my organisation as best man sucks so much!), and turning it into a damn fine night. Can I just add that the ladies looked fantastic.
I think the classy black outfits were the right choice over the cheerleader uniforms in the end!
I hugely enjoyed being ridiculed and embarrassed for the entire evening. Whose stag do was this again?
Still no different really from any other night out with me! Nick on the other hand escaped very lightly and I think that contributed to the fact that he enjoyed himself imensely.
Once again thank you, I owe you all a (small, cheap, non-alcoholic) drink!

Well, I had a really good evening. I still had a mild headache after drinking only five pints, but I blame the fact they were of lager, and hence pure evil. The ladies all looked most refined: I'm with Al on this one, as you can tell. Enchant?, mademoiselles.
Anyway, hope Nick had a good evening too. It was nice to get the final bit of outside drinking in, as it's coming on proper autumn now, all crisp and chilly air. Send my regards, please!

Great night
As the first lady to give her review of the night, I would have to give it
It loses a star for the lack of dancing, but all in all a top night. I too felt really rough the morning after which is extremely suspicious as my drinking was excessively moderate, I blame the 'Goldschlagger', in the words of Gold Member "I love GOOOLD!"
I suspect that innocernt shiny drink may well have been the downfall of the whole group as I have it on good authority Claire felt a bit unsettled the morning after.
Thanks for the compliments on the lady's outfits, what can I say?, we are three very classy birds!
My regards to the groom and best wishes for his special day, and don't tell Lizzie, but the day is as much about the groom as the bride...maybe?! Sorry about the abuse on the night Al, I blame the GOOOLD!, "I love GOOOLD!"

I will pass on my regards to both Nick and Jenni from you all.
Sorry about the lack of dancing, but I think the sight of too many balding, overweight men dancing to the YMCA may have resulted in one or two vomit inducing moments for all of us! Next time I shall endeavour to organise things better (and if you believe that, you'll believe anything!).
I totally accept full blame for the shiny drink and think that it probably was that which caused the majority of the bad heads/stomachs on sunday morning. However, given the amount of abuse that came my way, some of you deserved it!

Hey! Saturday night was fun!
Although...i do appreciate the dancing, if only so i feel less guilty about "liquid calories". my feet were thankful anyway, especially given i'd said to christine while we were walking to the bus stop that my feet were gonna hurt!
I'd forgotten about the Goldschlagger (or however you spell it); also Nick became the umpteenth person to get me a vodka and lemonade, then laugh when i'm half way through it and tell me it's a double. it's actually quite wrong.
Still, you wake up at half 8 and your head hurts, you take a couple of ibuprofen and guzzle some water, sleep for another 2 hours and you're fine. hey presto.
Thankyou for the compliments gentlemen; your acknowledgments do not go unappreciated.
