Crime solving - India Style!

Post by Mike »

An Indian Theif who stole a necklace was fed a meal of over 40 bananas and then a hearty meal of rice, bread and chicken to make him pass a swallowed necklace! I bet he regretted swallowing it in front of the police now.. . .

How did the other guy get an ''ornament'' down his throat? He should audition for something like 'India's Got Talent'

I'm sure I was told bananas could cause constipation...but maybe not in that kind of quantity. On the plus side, he's had a slap-up meal for free.

Swallowing an ornament though? Imagine if it got stuck on the way out, or punctured your intestines. Ew.

What would put you off doing it again: being force-fed a laxative pill, or eating forty bananas? There is some bizarre logic to it, unintentional or not. I get the impression they probably just fed him whatever they could easily get their hands on.
