Wedding of the Year

Post by johnriley1uk »

Well wasn't it a fantastic wedding?

A lovely bride, a handsome groom (so his Mum says!) and an event so well organised it was breathtaking.

Well done Mike & Lizzie, many congratulations!

Ed and Mr_e did terrific jobs at their respective speeches, the Ushers Chris and Claire ushed magnificently, Woody performed his commandeered vote of thanks with suitable panache, Kirstypie and Sue performed magnificently presenting readings at the ceremony (Kirstypie: you look nothing like your Avatar. What deceit... :? ) and the guests consumed food and alcohol with an intense voraciousness that would grace the average plague of locusts (A joke, by the way, in case anyone gets offended!)

A magnificent event and a wonderfully prophetic prelude to a wonderful married life. Be fantastic!

Lizzie was indeed beautiful! I don't think I was a handsome chap thought but I like the compliments!

It was a lovely day and I don't feel that we managed to thank the helpful bride and groom parties sufficiently for they were magnificient! I would deffo repeat and agree with the compliments above.

Thanks to all who came to see our big day - you all made it very special.

Also, If anyone has some digital photos that we could borrow, I would love to get some online before I go to Cuba. Thanks! :D

It was a great day, which is exactly what you both deserved. :)

I'm going to re-size some photos tonight for Facebook, but I will also email you the originals tomorrow morning.

Congrats to you both! I have no photos to share though I doubt there will be a shortage.

It was a pleasure to be there. Good food, great company, and a wonderful bride and groom.

Photos of the occasion would be nice to see, asides from Pat's (most likely excellent) formal ones. Incidentally, will the official photos be available in cd format at any stage? It'd be nice to have them all in one place.

If you want I could bring an empty CD to the PQ for you to fill up! If it would be easier that is. :D

Don't know - will have to ask Pat when he comes to show us the proofs!

You have mail!

Remember, I'm using Vista...burning a cd could take longer than me drawing the photos out, colouring them in and giving them to you!
