Ok, the Railway quiz is actually on Tuesday night at 9pm...Phil confirmed this for me last night.

So, are we going to the Four-in-Hand on Thursday for the quiz or tonight for a chat? I'm confused...again!

A little late...

I forgot entirely about that and if I hadn't sent Mr Riley a 'heh heh I've put your wedding photo on the Pozzoni intranet' email I would have turned up at the old place! Humm typical me.

Hopefully I won't get lost!

So what did everyone think of the railway? I personally think its quite charming but a bit over stuffed and stuffy. But I am to go with the majority!

I liked it, much more dynamic than the Woodstock and nice for a change. Don't know if I would keep going there when the Woodstock is reopened but you never know! :D

Much younger, studenty crowd than the Woodstock, but that's to be expected given where it is. Staff seem nice enough, and the place is much cosier (ie smaller) and slightly more rough-and ready. Drinks seem cheaper as well. Definitely a get there early job for a table though.

I liked it as well. You need to be on the ball with your answering which is a BIG change from the Woodstock, but not a bad change. As for the pub, I think it had a nice cosy feel to it, but it would have been nice to try out their chairs and tables! :)

The Woodstock is probably easier to have a chat and a quiz as opposed to being there mainly to do the quiz and have a little chat between rounds.

I think we should probably stretch our wings because we have have the chance with the Woody being refurbished. There might be an amazing PQ out there that we are missing out on! :D

The 'Not So Famous Five' came third last night, four points off the lead and were only 1 point off the jackpot winning score as well!

We were gifted two great rounds; the picture round was all female actors/models and the last round was 'Hollywood Hardmen'.
