An interesting film about a drug-dominated society and the nature of personal surveillance and a double cross of an undercover agent. Keanu Reeves stars.
Very odd because the actors and scenes are all overlaid by animation, so it's effectively a live cartoon. This sort of technique has been used before, for example in the animated version of The Lord of the Rings, but here the effect is more like a pen and ink colour drawing.
Visually compelling and it kept my attention throughout.
