It took be 30 minutes to get from Manchester to Liverpool outskirts and then 45 minutes to get from Edge Lane to Albert Dock - 30 miles / 5 miles! doh
They had closed one whole lane to protect two flourescent coated workers who were fixing a pavement. This I don't really understand. If they are on the pavement they can not be any more at risk that pedestrians. Or do we all purposefully drive AT people in flourescent coats?
Ah it all becomes clear, especially why you have been banned from the entire city! On a side note is this obsession particularly relating to your work colleagues or just any old fluorescent jacket wearer?
