Right, following a previous thread we are looking for people interested in playing five asside football one evening. Ideally it would be good to have 10 people ie two teams but 8 would be sufficient at a push!
Who is interested?
I am! :D

Where did you have in mind for actually playing? How flexible on times are we? I shall take the "somewhat interested" option, especially as I actually have trainers now (!!!).

Oh my goodness what a lot of questions. There are several places - I would think that the JJB place in Trafford is about central for all of us but have not worked out the details. It would be good to know who is interested first as too few players would be disappointing.

Week nights might be in for me providing that it is at a reasonable time. I'm thnking 7.30pm/8pm because of picking Rowenna up and having tea. I am planned for the next half-term after working flat out for the last four days and my marking should be manageable.
The best time for all of us I feel would be a Friday - I have done it before in the JJB soccerdome and it is a great way to ''relax'' into the weekend and have a laugh. Plus, sore limbs on a Saturday morning are easier for me than on a Tuesday or Wednesday!
I also think that we would need 10 (maybe 12 with stick goalkeeper) as opposed to 8. 8 means only 3 major outfield players and it is bloody knackering. Plus, if the keeper goes off his line then you just need one smart-alec to do a long accurate shot and you've conceded and then you get pissed off majorly.
