I think that it is a nice effect but I would like to see her face unblemished and the nature in her hair. . . .

I'll basically agree with Mike (!) on this one. There's also the bark sticking out of her forehead and the blob next to her nose that are abscuring her face too much, perhaps. The idea is cool, though.
